We all deserve to PARTY this weekend!! And luckily, it’s Nashville Running Company’s 14th BIRTHDAY BLOWOUT! 🎉🎉🎉

Here are a few deets with more to come:
🎉Hoka, Salomon, Mizuno, LMNT, Balega, and Triggerpoint on site for the PR Bandits run at 7am (anyone welcome) with demo shoes to try during and/or after the run.
🎉Same goes for the East Nasty training at 8am! All welcome and great time to join if anyone wants to and hasn’t started training!
🎉Post run or if you’re just wanting a sauna…we will have a mobile sauna in the back through early afternoon!
🎉We will be having sales all day long, lots of raffles/giveaways as well as providing some local beverages as well as snacks!
