MoSauna is a mobile sauna service offering traditional Finnish sauna experiences delivered directly to you. We serve corporate events, private gatherings, fitness & wellness communities, and pop-up events.

We provide an authentic, wood-fired Finnish-style sauna. Expect high heat, real steam (löyly), and a traditional experience that promotes relaxation and wellness.

We are based in Nashville, TN and can deliver within 30 miles. If you’re outside this range, just reach out and we may still be able to accommodate you for an additional delivery fee.

While sauna use is generally safe and beneficial for most people, those with certain medical conditions (e.g., cardiovascular issues, pregnancy) should consult a healthcare provider before using a sauna.

Bring a towel, water bottle, and comfortable swimwear (or whatever you feel comfortable sweating in). We also recommend flip-flops or sandals for outside the sauna.

Absolutely. We follow strict cleaning protocols after every rental to ensure a safe and sanitary experience.

We bring the sauna to homes, businesses, parks, and event venues as long as the site is accessible and has enough space for the sauna trailer.

Our sauna is fully self-contained. We only need a flat, accessible space for set-up. However, if you add the Cold Plunge, you will need a water supply and either ice or a power source for the chiller.

The sauna fits 10-12 people comfortably, depending on how cozy you want to get!
